If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and all associated software and services provided by Oordy Lanka Pvt Ltd.

No Advice or Guarantee

Content provided through our Platform does not constitute professional or legal advice and should not be relied upon in making decisions. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes to Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove the Platform or any part of it without prior notice.
• Amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.

The Platform may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or availability of such sites.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and software on the Platform are owned or licensed by Oordy Lanka Pvt Ltd. You agree to use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.

Platform Use and Limitations

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages.
• System outages, bugs, or data loss.
• Compatibility or information errors between external services (e.g., GPS).

Service Relationship

Oordy Lanka Pvt Ltd and its app LEEMO does not provide transportation. We connect riders with independent drivers.

• We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or actions of drivers or passengers.
• Any disputes or damages resulting from rides are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

Availability and Technical Issues

• We do not guarantee system uptime.
• We are not liable for technical issues impacting usage.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have proper devices and internet connectivity.

User Responsibilities and Risks

• Users agree to use the Platform voluntarily and at their own risk.
• Drivers may accept, deny, or cancel service requests.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or miscommunication between riders and drivers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Oordy Lanka Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Platform LEEMO or violation of these Terms.

Booking & Cancellation

• Users may cancel a ride free of charge.
• Cancellations after driver arrival may incur a fee.
• If a driver is delayed excessively, the fee may be waived.
• If the user is uncontactable or absent after driver arrival, cancellation charges apply.

Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in cash unless otherwise agreed.
• If users cannot pay the fare, Oordy Lanka Pvt Ltd and its app LEEMO is not liable to cover driver losses.
• For credit card payments, standard card provider rules apply.

Code of Conduct

We expect respectful and professional behavior between all users:

• Discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind is prohibited.
• Inappropriate behavior or language may lead to account suspension.

Safety

• Illegal substances and alcohol are prohibited in vehicles.
• Drivers and passengers must comply with local safety laws (e.g., seat belts).
• Drivers must not operate vehicles under the influence.

Emergency Situations

In an emergency:

• Call local emergency services immediately.
• Use the in-app SOS button if available.
• Notify Oordy Lanka Pvt Ltd and its app LEEMO once safe. We will cooperate with authorities as needed.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any reason, including:

• Violations of these Terms.
• Misuse of the Platform.
• Any activity deemed harmful to users or the service.
